A-Culture is proud to announce that Westside Group has joined A-Culture as a partner on the development of the OZRAS aquaculture system. Westside Group’s solar division are developing an energy plan for the project to ensure the OZRAS system can be powered by renewable resources and can operate entirely off the grid. This will ensure the project is both highly sustainable and versatile, and can be rolled out to future sites across Australia without requiring grid connection.

Chris Bull, the General Manager of Westside Solar, has said that by using low energy equipment like the SEAREN Val water treatment technology, OZRAS makes it easier for him and his team to design a sustainable energy plan for the aquaculture system .

Westside Service, established in 1989 is a highly respected service contractor with a multi- million dollar turnover employing over 100 people. They will join A-Culture as a G10 group member.

Like all of the G10 members, Westside Group have committed to work with A-Culture to establish an Aquaculture Park at Waikerie. Westside Group of companies cover solar, mechanical, plumbing, building services and poly pipe fabrication, all of which will form an integral part of the development.

Jason Goldsworthy, the Group General Manager and his team are devoting their time and resources to ensure A-Culture’s OZRAS System is a success.
